14 White Street is a 29,000 sq ft, seven-story, 10-unit mixed-use building located in TriBeCa. It is designed collaboratively between DXA and NAVA, and was unanimously approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission on March 7th, 2017.  The owners are seeking to increase the size of the development via a variance from the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals.  The construction is estimated to begin in early 2019, with completion 16 months later.

Each bronze façade panel is acid etched, with its line work coming via CNC technologies. The panel angles and the resultant etching vary from window to window, capitalizing on the ease of customization in automated digital fabrication. This allows for smaller apertures at private spaces like bedrooms and bathrooms, and larger ones at public areas like living and dining rooms. Nods to the built fabric of the district are made throughout the design, with the building's proportions, cadence and textures subtly referencing its neighbors.
